METHOD OF DIAGNOSING DEGREE OF COAGULOPATHY OF CONSUMPTION

FIELD: obstetrics and gynecology. SUBSTANCE: method is designed to be used when estimating degree of coagulopathy of consumption. Blood sample from elbow vein of female patient is taken. Anticoagulation and antifibrinolytic indexes are determined and coefficient of depression of anticoagulation system is calculated from ratio of anticoagulation and antifibrinolytic blood systems. With ratios ranging from 0.6 to 0.8, first phase of coagulopathy of consumption is diagnosed; with 0.1-0.5 ratio values, second phase; and with 1.2 or more, third phase is diagnosed. EFFECT: increased diagnostics accuracy.
