a network interface unit configured to transfer data that is formed of video data and data other than the video data, the network interface unit including a first logical port that is used to transfer the video data and a second logical port that is used to transfer the data other than the video data; a measuring unit that measures a data transfer amount of the second logical port included in the network interface unit; and a band control unit that sets a transfer band of the first logical port in such a way that the data other than the video data is transferred on the second logical port, according to the data transfer amount measured by the measuring unit. |
