PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decentralized power system which can confirm the parallel-off state of a second parallel-off switch provided on a distribution board without providing any backup power source when the power supply from a commercial power system is interrupted and can reduce the size of the distribution board. SOLUTION: A decentralized power system is provided with a solar battery 2, an inverter 3, a commercial power system 9, and a distribution board 4 on which a second parallel-off switch 81 controlled by a system interconnection protective section 8 which controls system interconnection is provided in parallel with a branch circuit breaker 70 so as to parallel-off a prescribed branch circuit 11 to the load side of a master circuit breaker 6 from the power system 9 and the section 8 is provided with an output control means 86 which opens a parallel-off switch 80 and the second parallel-off switch 81 when it is detected that the power supply from the power system 9 is interrupted and, after it is confirmed that the connection between the system 9 and the output of the inverter 3 is opened by means of the switch 81 due to a power supply from the inverter 3, outputs the AC power from the inverter 3 to the branch circuit 11. |
