<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a quality and a performance and characteristics by serving various services freely and flexibly, without changing a charge system of a network and motivating subscribers for network cooperation. SOLUTION: An exchange 104 on a network and a network current money center 107 are connected. The center is provided with a packet transmitter- receiver sending/receiving a packet having each area of 'packet type', 'object subscriber ID' and 'network current money amount', able to be exchanged with various network resources and services, a memory storing a network current money residual amount by subscribers 101-103, and a processor reading/ writing each area and updating the network current money residual amount depending on the content.</p> |
