PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive the reduction of the number of workers as well as troublesome hand works, the improvement or the like of a working efficiency, contracting a space necessary for the installation of a packing box and ensuring, facilitation or the like of the penetration of tubes. SOLUTION: In a tube assembling device, U-tubes 13 for heat exchange are penetrated automatically through the holes 15 of partitioning plates 14, arranged in parallel in the casing of a heat exchanger, from the open end side thereof. The tube assembling device is provided with a tube holding means 28, holding a plurality of pieces of tubes 13 in one grip at a working site, a tube positioning means 29, positioning the held tubes at the penetrating positions with respect to the holes of the partitioning plates, a tube take-out means 30, taking out the tubes, held by the tube holding means 28, one by one sequentially, and a tube send-out means 32, sending out the tubes, taken out by the tube take-out means 30, to the side of the partitioning plates 14 and penetrating the tubes through the holes 15 of the partitioning plates. |
