PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized camera whose number of components is reduced by the improvement of a range finder having passive system AF (autofocusing) capable of rangefinding from short distance to long distance by the same accuracy without depending on the reflection intensity of range- finding light as a base and where focusing is surely made. SOLUTION: For the passive system AF, the attaching error of an optical system and the error of temperature character istic are restrained to the minimum by respectively reflecting light made incident on two lenses 1 and 2 only once, and also a device copes with light quantity unbalance on two sensors 4a and 4b corresponding to lenses based on a specified processing procedure, and the transmitted light of the optical system is effectively used, so that the small-sized range finder that does not have an object scene hard for range- finding is constituted. Also, a range finder accurately focusing is constituted by effectively using active system AF and light emitting devices 30-33. |
