PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electrolyte secondary battery with less deterioration in discharge capacity due to a charge and discharge cycle and its superior cycle life characteristics, using a material with less deterioration for deintercalation of a lithium ion. SOLUTION: This battery is constituted, so that a cathode pellet 1 containing lithium and an anode pellet 5 containing LiMn2 O4 as an anode active substance are laminated, via a separator 3 and stored together with organic electrolyte in a cathode can 2 and an anode can 6 cauked via a gasket 4. In this case, a peripheral edge portion of the separator 3 is pinched between the anode pole can 6 and the gasket 4, and a space portion is formed between the gasket 4 and the separator 3. |
