PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To melt an adhesive at the heating time of a heating material and connect with strong adhesive strength by forming IH resin heater which is the melting means for the adhesive used at the connection of a molding with a molding by including a high frequency induction heating material in a molding adhesive or a hotmelt type adhesive. SOLUTION: A required IH resin heater 1 is produced by forming the powdery body of a high frequency induction heating material 12 as a plate shape molding so as to be included in an adhesive thermoplastic synthetic resin material (molding adhesive) or hotmelt type adhesive 11. For example, in the case of the application to a vehicular flooring and the adhesion to the iron plate 2 and PP 3 which is a connection member, for example, the IH resin heater 1 including the high frequency induction heating material in the resin material (adhesive) of denatured polyolefin M-320 is piled as an intermediate layer and the high frequency induction heater E is operated. Thereby, the adhesive is melted, the melting between the adhesive and the connection member is carried out uniformly and both members 2, 3 are connected strongly by cooling and solidification of this connection part. |
