PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to prevent a drop in electrical characteristics of silicone oil due to moisture absorption by providing two connectors communicating with the outside and inside at a wall portion of an oiltight chamber containing a bushing made of organic materials at different positions of the wall portion and by providing moisture absorption means in an outer circulation passage for communication between two connectors. SOLUTION: Part of wall of an oiltight chamber is formed by placing a cylindrical lower fittings 12 for communicating between a bushing 2 made of plastics and a cable protection fittings 9. A connector 13a is placed at a high position side of a lower fittings 12, and a connector 13b is attached at a lower position of the same fittings 12 in a communicating state between the inside and outside. Both the high and low connectors 13a and 13b are communicated with a metal pipe or the like and an external circulating passage 15 is formed. Moisture absorbing means 14 is provided in the external circulating passage 15. Silicone oil 10 in a plastic bushing 2 is led to the absorbing means 14 through the external circulating passage 15 and moisture is removed.
