<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool which can be applied to various kinds of coaxial cables having different outside diameters and can freely decide the exposed lengths of the external conductors of the cables. SOLUTION: Holding rollers 24 which rotate freely while the rollers 24 are brought into contact with the peripheral surface of a coaxial cable C are provided on a tool main body 1 and a pair of supporting rollers 21 and 22 which rotate while the rollers 21 and 21' hold the cable C together with the rollers 24 are pivoted by a moving member 5 movably incorporated in the main body 1 so that the rollers 21 and 21' can approach each other in the axial direction. A cutter blade 22 which cut the sheath Cb and external conductor Ca of the cable C is projectingly provided on the peripheral surface of the roller 21 and another cutter blade 22' which cuts the sheath Cb is projectingly provided on the peripheral surface of the roller 21'.</p> |
