摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the arrangement and fitting of a photo detecting means by providing a gas piping insulating spacer comprising a part of gas piping, and a photo detecting means for detecting light leaking from the gas piping insulating spacer at the time of a grounding or short circuit. SOLUTION: The first and second container 1a, 1b of a compressed-gas insulated bus-bar are grounded usually. And if a grounding 50 occurs between the container 19 and a center conductor 2a, a luminous phenomenon occurs by the arc of the grounding 50, enters a gas piping 32 and reaches a gas piping spacer 3. The gas piping spacer 3 is manufactured out of milk white resin, and most of the generated light 51 having reached enters the inside of time gas piping insulating spacer 3 to be scattered light 52, and it is almost absorbed. But a part of the scattered light 53 reaches the end brim part of the gas piping insulating spacer 3, and leaks outside. And a detected signal 100 is outputted by receiving and guiding this leaking light 54 with an optical fiber 4, and causing a photoelectric element 5 to receive it. As the result, it becomes possible to arrange and fit the photo detecting means easily without working the containers.</p>
