FIELD: confectionery, baking and other branches of food-processing industry, in particular preparing of confectionery mass, biscuit dough, fruit pulp etc. SUBSTANCE: mixer-whipper has vertical cylinder with water jacket, cover and discharge valve, working member and drive. Working member has cross-piece provided with sleeve and rods equally spaced on outer diameter of sleeve. Sleeve has spherical tip. Paired blades of unequal size are pivotally mounted on rods. Stops are fixed on rods at both sides of blades so that when blades rest upon stops on both sides, they are arranged at different angles.
