摘要

FIELD: mechanical engineering; fluxing of articles before brazing. SUBSTANCE: molten metal coating is formed on surface of article and flux in form of hard particles is introduced by bombardment into coating. Then article is cooled to let coating solidify, with flux tightly held in coating. Bombardment can be carrying out by blowing particles through atomizer. Halogen-based flux can be used. Flux and coating can be applied simultaneously. Aluminium-based article has metal coating and discrete particle flux tied with coating. Coating of aluminium and zinc alloy can be used.
