SPECTROMETER

摘要

FIELD: spectral instrumentation engineering. SUBSTANCE: spectrometer has input spectral slit positioned on Rowland circle, concave diffraction grating and scanning unit. The latter has output spectral slit provided for moving over Rowland circle. This slit contains three pairs of blades positioned in one plane and separated symmetrically, the width of opening being adjusted independently. Output spectral slit is installed on shaft perpendicular to plane of Rowland circle, the axis of which coincides with axial line of slit blades. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 11 dwg
