<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a one-to-one relay system which is simple in structure and couples radiation from an image source of plural spectral bands of a high luminance. SOLUTION: This two-stage projection system has a spectrum coupling module 70 for coupling radiation from image sources 62, 64 of a first and a second spectral bands, a primary spherical module 72, a convex mirror 74A correcting chromatic aberration introduced by the spectrum coupling module 70, and a secondary spherical module 74 including color correction element of a radius direction, and the primary spherical module 72 reflects the coupled radiation from the spectrum coupling module 70 onto the secondary spherical module 74. Next, this coupled radiation is reflected from the secondary module 74 to the primary module 72, and the primary module 72 focuses the connected radiation reflected from the secondary module 74.</p> |
