<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply joint a heat-proof wire such as a polyamide coated wire etc., to a rod-shaped terminal of a bobbin. SOLUTION: A method for joint of wire includes step in which an insulation coated wire 7 is wound near an edge 8 of a rod-shaped terminal 4 of conductive metal to the center of the terminal, a step in which the insulation coated wire 7 and the rod-shaped terminal 4 except a wound portion 9 near the edge 8 of the rod-shaped terminal 4 with the insulation coated wire 7 wind therearound 4 start to be cooled together by heat sinks 31, 32 from the outside of the insulation coated wire 7, a step in which the edge 8 of the rod-shaped terminal 4 is heated by flame of gas 70 and melted, and the molten metal removes insulation coating of the insulation coated wire 7 of the wind portion 9 and joints the rod-shaped terminal 4 with a core of the wire left on the wind portion 9, a step in which the heatup by the flame of gas 70 is stopped, and a step in which support by the heat sinks 31, 32 are released.</p> |
