SOLUTION: The quantum synthetic element 10 has a quantum synthetic section where n (an integer higher than 3) quantum wells 1 are arranged closely to be coupled quantum-mechanically. The n quantum welts are bonded respectively to provide n or more bonded levels. Excitation and synthesization are performed with an encoding light having phase and amplitude controlled for each predetermined frequency (energy) while performing phase/amplitude control of electronic wave or polarization at each level.
