PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode wiring for a liquid crystal display which is low in specific resistance, excellent in durability and easy in formation and a method for formation thereof. SOLUTION: This electrode wiring for the thin-film transistor type liquid crystal display is formed by laminating oxide layers and metallic layers at 2n+1 ((n) is an integer of >=1). In addition, the respective oxide layers include at least one layer of the films consisting essentially of zinc oxide. Transparent conductive films including at least one layer of films consisting essentially of silver are used as source electrodes 7, drain electrodes 8 and pixel electrodes 8 for the respective metallic layers. |
