PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform circulation control processing of documents at respective deparements independently by giving a circulation control attribute which is needed only at a corresponding department and a position to a received circulated document and processing the circulated document, and removing the given circulation control attribute from the circulated document to be sent out. SOLUTION: A server 120-1 has a mail reception part 121 which receives a document circulated from a network 20, a circulated document generation part 122, a document circulation control part 123, a circulated document expansion part 124, a main sending part 125, a definition document management part 126, and a directory management part 127. This constitution provides the circulated document generation part 122 and circulated document expansion part 124, which performs processes when sending and receiving the circulated document over servers, with a function for changing the kind of the circulation control attribute that the circulated document has. Namely, the circulated document generation part 122 adds a circulation control attribute which becomes necessary only for a process on the server 120-1 to the circulated document and the circulated document expansion part 124 removes it from the circulated document. |
