SUBSTANCE: the reactor has a body, feeder, hopper, branch pipes used to feed fluorine and discharge commercial product, device for unloading of solid residues and cooling system, funnel installed in the feeder mouth; commercial product ((SF<SB>6</SB> gas)) siphon drain; SF<SB>6</SB> gas cooling siphon drain; annular manifold for inlet of cooled SF<SB>6</SB> gas to the reactor located in the upper helium protection zone; branch pipe for extraction of helium for cooling and branch pipe for inlet of cooled helium to the reactor; the branch pipe for inlet of fluorine to the reactor is located in the protection zone.
