The opener has a turning wing attached to a hand grip. The grip may have a through hole between 0.3 and 0.8 mm through its centre. A screw or dowel, connected to the wing, may pass through the hole, and about whose axis the grip may turn. The wing may have a plastics or metal extension between 2 and 5 cm in size. The grip is screwed to this extension.
