Soda water adaptor assembly

In an adapter assembly to produce soda-water, pressurised carbon dioxide is released as a stream of bubbles from a standard pressurised gas bottle, as used in pubs and bars, into a volume of tap water within an otherwise closed container. The pressurised gas bottle shut-off valve is also fitted with a push-button valve and tube to the vessel containing the tap water (19). The valve push-button valve and tube are secured with a locking nut (20), which can be exchanged for a CO2 capsule holder (41). The CO2valve (1) incorporates a CO2 seal capsule puncture device. The bottle head (9) has a ventilator to release the pressure from the PET bottle (17).
