The invention concerns a device for generating a mobile magnetic field in at least one field plane located in a fluid to be processed and in which the vector product gradient between the intensity of the magnetic field and its displacement velocity creates stereochemical deformations of the processed fluid molecules which can be hard water or a fuel. Each field plane can comprise a first magnetic field generator such as a couple of coils (10, 10') and a second magnetic field generator such as a couple of coils (12, 12') forming an angle theta with the first generator, both located in the periphery of the duct in which flows the fluid to be treated. At least one of the two generators generates a magnetic field of time controlled amplitude such that the resultant is a mobile magnetic field in the field plane having variable amplitude and a mobile direction according to a variable angular speed so as to obtain a gradient of the greatest possible vector product. |
