The principal part (1a) supports the source of magnetic field and a first part (1b) connected to it has an approximately uniform diameter while a second part (1c) has a smaller uniform diameter and receives an annular ring supporting the axle. The first and second parts are connected by a transitional part (1d) in the form of a truncated cone. The enclosure is pressed, stretched or both from a tubular section to form the shape depending on whether the diameter equals that of the principal part, the second part or the first part. The enclosure defines a casing with a housing for a rack and pinion gearing.
