<p>The present invention pertains to the shoe-making industry and relates to a laced shoe with quarters. This invention essentially relates to a laced shoe that comprises quarters (1, 2), holders (3, 4), a tongue (5) as well as a central row of holders (6). These holders may for example be made in the shape of eyelets, spirals or loops. When passing the shoelace ends through the holders, the adjacent holders (6) of the central row are connected to the holders (3) of quarter (1) and to the holders (4) of quarter (2), thus forming a zigzag line that is symmetrical to the central row of holders (6). The holders (6) of the central row are mounted in special guides (8) attached to the tongue (5). When pulling the shoelace (7) ends, the quarters (1, 2) are brought together, while the shoelace (7) zigzag line between the holders (3-6) and (4-6) is straightened, thus reducing the tension applied to said shoelace ends. The shoelace tension system of the present invention comprises two blades, wherein each blade comprises at least one main shoelace catch and two additional catches located on each side of the main one. The catches of each blade are connected together by a section that receives a blade position fixation in the shape of several fixation members.</p> |
