A dual annulus production tool (10) includes upper annular seal (20) within well casing bore (B) above opening (O) in well casing (C), outer tubing (14) extending from ground surface (S) downward through well casing (C) to below upper annular seal (20), outer tubing (14) and well casing (C) defining outer annulus (22) extending from upper annular seal (20) to ground surface (S), inner tubing (16) within outer tubing (14) extending from ground surface (S) to upper annular seal (20) and defining with outer tubing (14) an inner annulus (24) for routing fluid flow from below upward annular seal (20) upward through inner annulus (24) to ground surface (S) without entering outer annulus (22), and annular housing (18) below upper annular seal (20) and adjacent to well production zone (P) and coupled to outer and inner tubings (14, 16) and having fluid entry holes (26) disposed above casing opening (O) enabling fluid flow from casing bore (B) into and upward through inner annulus (24) to ground surface (S).
