Microwave sintering furnace

The microwave furnace for sintering has furnace wall inner surfaces not at the temperature of the sinter product (1) which are heat-reflective; and heat radiation sources (2) (active thermal sources) are positioned in the furnace interior at points of weak microwave fields, which compensate the incomplete heat reflection, and externally heat the sinter product surfaces to a specified temperature, or maintain them at a specified temperature. Also claimed is a method for reducing the temperature gradient of products undergoing heating or sintering.
