A quasi-lattice framework is formed on a concrete base plate with or without a cellar, whereby wooden posts, preferably (10) cm by 10 cm, are installed at regular or irregular intervals along the outer edge of the plate and are attached using traditional fixing material (4,5,6). The posts are stably connected in turn to beams a floor above using junction plates. The posts are connected inside as well as outside with a steel mesh (2), which is tensed at a distance of 40 - 60 cm from steel cables and attached to the posts. The openings for doors (11) and windows (10) remain removed from the covering.
