A device for dosage of a substance to a fluid present in a vessel, said device comprising a dosage arrangement having a receptacle (3) for the substance, said receptacle being provided to deliver substance from the receptacle to the vessel. The dosage arrangement comprises a pump arrangement (4) with a pump chamber (5) and a pump member (6) varying the volume therein. The pump chamber (5) and the receptacle (3) are in connection to each other through a connection arrangement provided to supply the substance from the receptacle to the pump chamber, but, when the pump chamber (5) is filled up, interrupt the supplying. The pump chamber (5) and the vessel communicate with each other through a communication arrangement (8). The pump member (6) is adapted to be actuated, by means of a floating body (10) arranged to be lifted by the fluid in the vessel, to drain the pump chamber (5) via the communication arrangement.
