Chronological archiving method for process data of technical plant

摘要

The method involves storing process data which include measuring data described through a data model (D) in a chronological order. A data model modification element (A) is stored in the chronological order to characterize a change of the underlying data model of the measuring data, when such change occurs. The process data are pref. stored in a file (16) which includes a number of chronologically indexed partial records (18), whereby a complete data model is stored at the beginning of a partial record following a partial record where a data model modification element is stored. A protocol describing the stored process data and the time mark of the data acquisition is pref. stored in the records.
