摘要 In order to create a measuring device to determine stoichiometric ratios during the combustion of hydrocarbons, enabling simple and reliable determination of stoichiometric ratios during the combustion of hydrocarbons, the invention proposes that a sensor (18) should be provided in order to measure the intensity of the first fluorescent radiation of C and H molecular fragments arising from combustion, along with a sensor (20) for the measuring of a second fluorescent radiation of molecular fragments encompassing exclusively C-atoms arising from combustion, so that the sensors can generate an intensity-depending first (51) or second (52) sensor signal on the basis of the first and second fluorescent radiations. An evaluation circuit generating an output signal resulting from the intensity ratio between the first and second fluorescent radiations and corresponding to the stoichiometric ratio, is also provided.
