<p>The locking mechanism consists of a pivoted bar (6) of polygonal cross-section with stops (9) able to interact with mobile components (7, 8) on pivoted levers (1). The stops are carried by a moulded plastics cylindrical sleeve (10) which is rotated by the bar (6) passing through it, and can be engaged and fixed axially inside an open support fixed to the upper lengthwise rail (4) of the barrier. At the opposite end to the stop the cylinder has a shoulder (11), with the distance between it and the active surface of the stop slightly greater than the width of the support. The support has a lengthwise aperture through its lower section which is slightly wider than the thickness of the stop.</p> |
