摘要 PURPOSE:To enable a connected part of a sheet to pass through a series of manufacturing processes without hindrance, by a method wherein a length from a confronting end part between each of a precedent and following sheets is made into at least a line length by making use of a facing material comprised of a fiber base having a length of at least two times as long as of the line length of the series of the manufacturing processes. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin sheet 3 is covered with thermoplastic resin and taken over with a take-off machine 5 as a composite molded body 6 through a series of manufacturing process where cooling and solidification are performed with a cooling device 4. In this case, the tip of a following sheet 3b is confronted with the rear end of a precedent sheet 3a, the sheets are connected with each other by performing hot press bonding of a facing material 7 comprised of a fiber base on one side or both sides of the sheet on the right and left of a confronting end part of the sheets at a length of at least a line length L of the series of the manufacturing processes. Therefore, a part not heated always exists at the front and rear, in the fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin sheet 3 of a part to which the facing material 7 is press-bonded. With this construction, the following sheet 3b can be passed through the series of the manufacturing processes without peeling the facing material 7 off from the following sheet 3b.
