METHOD OF OPTICAL RASTER MICROSCOPY OF TEST SPECIMEN NEAR FIELDS IN LIQUIDS, APPARATUS FOR MAKING SUCH METHOD AND USE THEREOF

The microscopy method involves using a laterally oscillating optical fibre point immersed in the sample fluid, with regulation of its distance from the sample surface by detection of the oscillation movement. The latter movement is detected via a light beam directed parallel to the sample surface without reflection, with evaluation of the refraction image of the light beam provided by a light detector, e.g. a photodiode (5).
