Here are disclosed an anti-infective against STD relating to, for example, to HIV, chlamydia, gonococcus, treponema pallidum or herpes simplex and a novel device comprising a container integrally constructed but adapted to separately preserve/mix a principal ingredient and a base of the anti-infective so as to be easily mixed with each other in actual use of the anti-infective. The anti-infective contains povidone-iodine as the principal ingredient and high viscosity polymeric solution as the base. The integral container comprises an outer soft container previously filled with the base and an inner container previously filled with the principal ingredient so that the inner container may be unstopped in the actual use of the anti-infective to mix the principal ingredient with the base and the mixture solution may be discharged through a nozzle provided on the outer container.
