PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compute various operation data necessary to form an operation schedule by inputting an instruction into a process computer from a remote place by effectively obtaining prior information such as plate making and printing operation progress state via a telephone channel from the plate before an original is conveyed to a job site. SOLUTION: An access signal A of an operation progress state inquiry to operation command regarding plate making and printing process management to be radio or wire transmitted from a radio or wire communication terminal 1 is received by a radio and wire communication control terminal 3, and a server access signal B is generated. A server 4 is operated based on the signal B to generate a response data signals C. The signal C is converted into a telephone channel response data signal D by the terminal 3, and transmitted to the terminal 1.
