<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a highly precise production plan in a short time by providing an assignment column for displaying the assigned number to each kind of equipment. SOLUTION: In the columns of assignment 5 provided on equipments 3, respectively, the assigned number of the corresponding equipment 3 to each kind of a plan 1 is displayed. The value obtained by multiplying the value of ability 4 by the value of assignment 5 corresponds to the working quantity of the kind in the equipment. When the working is possible in a plurality of equipments for each kind of the plan 1, it is also assigned to other equipments, the total of working quantities in each equipment is displayed on the column of production quantity 7 of total 6, and the total of the used equipments is displayed on the column of equipment 8. The finite difference which is the difference between the value of production quantity 7 and the value of planed number 2 is calculated and displayed in the column of finite difference 9.</p> |
