<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent stitches of tape yarn from slipping off and enhance the separation strength at its intersections by weaving the heat-melt fiber of a specific total denier and specific tape yarn, and heat-melting warp and weft intersections of heat-melting fibers, and then putting the separation strength of intersections into a specific value. SOLUTION: Heat-melt fiber 60-2500 deniers in its total denier and tape yarn 0.5-30mm in width are woven, and the warp and weft intersections of heat-melt fibers are heat-melted to thereby be 25g or more in the separation strength of intersections. For thermoplastic resin used for heat-melting fiber, there are given polyolefin, polyamide, polyethyleneterephthalate, low melting point copolymeric polyester, and so forth. The tape yarn is made particularly of polypropylene, polyethylene, polyethylene terephthalate, etc., it is made preferably 7-200μm in thickness. Also, the heat-melting fiber is allowed to be 0.5-25 pieces/25mm in its density, and the tape yarn is to be 0.1-8 pieces/25mm; herein, plain weave is employed preferably.</p> |
