<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent separation of a coating material in a severe corrosive environment, and obtain excellent durability by covering a part or the whole of a metallic moving blade surface of an axial flow fan with a vinyl ester resin layer containing at least a glass cloth layer of a single layer. SOLUTION: In the case of manufacturing an axial flow fan to be applied to an exhaust gas desulfurizer having a severe corrosive environment, a vinyl ester resin primer 2 to improve adhesion is applied to a Ni alloy base material 1, and afterwards, it is coated with a flake-containing vinyl ester resin 3. Next, glass cloth 4 impregnated with the vinyl ester resin is stuck on it, and its upper surface is also coated with the flake-containing vinyl ester resin 3, and is coated with a vinyl ester resin abrasion resistant top coat 5 as a coating finish. Therefore, separation of a metallic surface and a coating material by impact with mist at high speed rotating time is prevented, and durability endurable to long- term use is obtained.</p> |
