<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehumidified gas supply device small in the consumption of a compressed air and short in the operation time of an air compressor. SOLUTION: The air compressor 1, a film type gas dryer 5 for discharging a dehumidified gas obtained by making this steam mixed gas and a dehumidifying purge gas to flow through a steam permeable film interposed and selectively separating steam in the steam mixed gas to the dehumidified purge gas side, a check valve 6 and an air tank 7 for supplying the dehumidified gas to each user are connected to each other in this order, and the compressor 1 is intermittently operated by the pressure of the air tank 7.</p> |
