PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rubber excellent in performances in a wet state, performances in winter, etc., by using three specified base elastomers. SOLUTION: This tire has a tread made from a composition comprising an elastomer component [A] containing about 20-50phr (per 100 pts.wt. rubber, the same shall apply hereinbelow) of cis-1,4-polyisoprene natural rubber (i) and about 50-80phr of two synthetic elastomers (ii) each including about 20-50phr of an isoprene/butadiene copolymer elastomer (a) having a Tg of about -35 to -50 deg.C and containing about 30-70wt.% isoprene and about 20-50phr of a medium cis 1,4-polybutadiene rubber (b) having a cis 1,4-fine structure of about 35-55%, a vinyl 1, 2 bond content of about 7 to about 15% and the balance of a trans 1,4-fine structure and having a Tg of about -85 to -95 deg.C, about 40-100phr of carbon black and/or silica (B) and a silica coupling agent [C] having a sulfur-based moiety able to interact with the elastomer component (component C is used only when silica is used).
