PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity by adjusting a masking jig in horizontal movement, whenever a shape of patter plate changes, and masking a non coating part of pattern plate so as not to require mounting a masking jig with hand work. SOLUTION: A pattern plate 4, adsorbed/attached with a synthetic resin film 7 on its surface, is carried in a coating station, a hanging down plate 14 is descended by extending a piston rod 13 of cylinder 12, a flask aligning pin 8 is respectively masked by a masking jig 20a and the upper faces of sprue stick part 5/vent hole stick part 6 by a masking jig 20b. Successively, coating is conducted on the surface of synthetic resin film 7 by a spray 21. After coating, the hanging down plate 14 is ascended by retracting the piston rod 13 of cylinder 12, the masking jigs 20a, 20b are pulled up. Further, by turning a carrying out/in table 1 for pattern plate, the pattern plate 4 is carried out to a pattern plate change station. |
