<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce processes of fixing and breeding microbes and to improve an ecological system by kneading plural different metals as an aggregate or source material in a cement, forming the cement and bringing the formed cement into contact with the objective water. SOLUTION: When an aluminum material and a copper material are bonded with a cement to form a body and placed in water, ionizing reaction is caused through the water between aluminum and copper. Therefore, electrons move from the aluminum to copper by ionization to generate a current from the copper to aluminum. This promotes the solubility of the aluminum and aluminum hydroxide is dissolved in the objective water to produce an effect to aggregate org. matter and contaminants. Since aerobic microbes show positive electrotaxis to the ionization stimulation in the objective water, these microbes gather to or near the bonded body and to produce processes of breeding, colonizing and diffusing. This accelerates the decomposition effect for org. matter, and nitrogen, carbon and phosphorus compds. are reduced into nitrogen gas, carbon gas, etc.</p> |
