PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a retort food which can give good taste like home-made dish and is useful in restaurants and homes with excellent palatability and convenience without damage to the natural flavor of the ingredient by packing the sauce and the ingredient separately from each other. SOLUTION: (A) The sauce, for example, curry and (B) the ingredients, for example, carrot, potato or meat are packed in different bags or pouches separately. In an example of curry rice, the curry, the ingredients, and boiled rice are separately packed and these packs are placed in a vessel such as a round dish and packaged. |
