POLLUTION FREE DISH AND DISH HOUSING APPARATUS FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stain free dish which can highly resist the clinging of oil foul by forming a surface layer on the surface of a base material with a structure in which are dispersed a hydrophilic part exposed to let photocatalytic oxide particles contact the outside air and a water repellent part exposed to let a water repellent fluororesin contact the outside air. SOLUTION: There are dispersed on a surface a hydrophilic part exposed to let photocatalytic oxide particles contact the outside air and a water repellent fluororesin exposed to let a water repellent fluororesin contact the outside air. This structure is built to form a pollution free dish. As a result, it is possible to prevent the clinging of oil components that may adhere to the surface of a member during the polymerization and solidification of the oil components. A preservation container is formed in a box while being divided into a plurality of stages and fluorescent lamps and the like are provided on ceiling parts at the respective stages. Preferably, an internal side of the preservation container is formed as mirror finished surface from stainless steel. A heater is provided in the preservation container to have a function of drying dishes and a washing device for running washing water into the preservation container to have a function of washing dishes.
