摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve engine starting property by providing an actuator by which the opening of a plurality of nozzle vanes is adjusted, controlling the actuator for a constant period from a beginning period of engine starting so as to enlarge nozzle dimension larger than a minimum dimension, and next, controlling the actuator so as to set the nozzle dimension to the minimum dimension. SOLUTION: A controller 10 controls an actuator 40 for an NV through a negative pressure regulating valve 50, so that a turbine nozzle dimension in a nozzle vane 36 is set to a constant starting period dimension larger than a minimum dimension at the time of beginning starting. Hereby, the turbine nozzle dimension can be increased together with the rising of the negative pressure of a vacuum pump 52, exhaust gas is easily passed through a turbine, and engine starting property is improved. Then, when an engine starts to become independent and an engine speed becomes a cranking rotational speed or more and reaches an idle rotational speed, it is confirmed that water temperature is low, and for the purpose of improving the warming-up of the engine, the negative pressure regulating valve 50 is controlled so as to minimize the turbine nozzle dimension.</p>
