<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a device in a compact size and prevent an operation miss by providing a wax pattern heating source on a flask tank 20 and providing a flask tank cover with a passage for sequentially supplying washing heated water, drying air and mold release agent. SOLUTION: A heating source 33 for heating a flask 1 is provided on a flask tank 20. A flask tank cover 21 is liquid-tightly put on the upper part of the flask tank 20 through a packing 22, and a downward vertical passage 25 is communicated with a resin pouring inlet 7 of the flask 1. Further, a horizontal passage 24 communicated with the downward vertical passage 25 is provided, and an upward vertical passage 23 is communicated with the passage. Washing heated water, drying air and a mold release agent are sequentially supplied into the flask 1 through the fluid passages 23-25. Thus, all can be supplied through the same passage so as to make the device in a compact size.</p> |
