PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correspond, while maintaining an equall interval, a fillet roller installed at three places of a work piece with a different pin diameter or journal diameter at 120 deg. interval on a circumference line. SOLUTION: A fillet roller supported to a roller holder is contacted at an equal interval in the circumference direction of the work piece and movable sliders 100a, 100b are installed in the straight line direction for connecting a contact point of the fillet part of the work piece with fillet rollers 46a, 46b to the center of the pin part PI of the work piece or a journal part J1 and roller holders 45a, 45b providing fillet rollers 46a, 46b are installed on this sliders 100a,1 00b and this device is composed of wedge members 101a, 101b by which the slider 100a, 100b are moved by contacting with slant surfaces 110a, 110b formed on the sliders 100a, 100b and cylinders 105a, 105b for advancing/retreating the wedge members 101a, 101b. |
