PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an inexpensive resin molded article which has antibac terial capability on the surface only by a method wherein after forming a resin liquid film by applying a thermosetting resin liquid containing a bactericide on the die surface of an injection molding die, a thermosetting resin composition is injected in the die and hardened. SOLUTION: To a thermosetting resin liquid comprising of silica powder, methyl methacrylate containing di-2-ethyl-hexyl-peroxide-carbonate as a polymerization initiator, and poly methyl methacrylate, a silver based bactericide is added, and on the die surface of a recess-form lower die, a resin liquid film of an approx. 10μfilm thickness, is applied using this mixture, and a protruding- form upper die is joined to the lower die, and the peripheral parts are fixed. Before the resin liquid film containing the bactericide is hardened, a thermosetting resin composition of silica powder, methyl methacrylate containing di-2- ethylhexyl peroxide carbonate as a polymerization initiator, and poly methyl methyacrylate, is injected in the upper and the lower dies, and is heated at a temperature of 60 deg.C for 90 minutes, and an acryl based artificial marble molded plate is obtained. |
