<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a surface clean by forming a surface layer in which a hydrophilic part in which photocatalytic oxide particles are exposed to outside air and a water repellent part in which a water repellent fluororesin is exposed to outside air are dispersed microscopically on the surface of a backing. SOLUTION: A surface layer having structure in which a part in which photocatalytic oxide particles are exposed to outside air and a water repellent part in which a water repellent fluororesin is exposed to outside air are dispersed microscopically is formed on the surface of the backing of a membrane structure material. As regards the confirmation of the structure, a solution containing a metal of a large atomic number such as Ag, Pt, and Pd is applied on the surface of the backing and irradiated with the excitation light of a photocatalyst, and the metal is deposited on the surface of the backing. Next, by the observation of the reflected electron image of a scanning microscope, if light and shade are dispersed, the microscopic dispersion of the hydrophilic and water repellent parts is concluded.</p> |
